SCOTUS Contemplates ‘Birthright Citizenship.’
It Is For Congress To Decide The Legality Of Birthright Citizenship.
Nowhere in the constitution even hints that a presidential executive order, even one that is somehow rubber stamped by the US Supreme Court, is legal and stands in accordance, with the spirit of the US Constitution.
While many of us see the need for birthright citizenship to be obliterated, it hardly seems that, it will become the law of the land through executive orders. One presumes, that it is within the purview of Congress to make such a law stick.
Of course in a rational world, the Supreme Court would wash its hands of this and stipulate that this isn't a case for the courts to decide and that it is the US Congress' job to enact such a law. Congress obviously abdicates its duties since the legislature doesn't represent Americans. They are owned by the Corporate interests, the Zionist lobbies and those who blackmail them.
However, since this is clown world, one would have to assume, that the court took this case so that it can uphold birthright citizenship, thus giving congress the cover to forever do nothing about this issue, since the entire US political system, can pretend, that by upholding, birthright citizenship, the latter is now permanent law.
